Hikers relaxing on the trail

Hike along miles of trails from the cool shade of leafy canopies to the sparse paths above the tree-line of the northern Appalachians.

You can access the trails at a point just 7 miles from Claybrook Mountain Lodge. The Flagstaff lodge, part of the Maine Huts and Trails system, has parking for hikers using the trail system and is 12 miles from Claybrook Mountain Lodge..

Mountain-biking has never been better with logging roads and trails that make you want to go just a little farther...to see what's around the next bend.
